The oil filter is a cartridge located at the top of the engine.
This allows opening the oil filter housing without having dirty oil ooze
all over the place.
The cover of the filter housing requires 25 N*M (18 ft*lbs) torque
requiring a 6 point 36 millimeter socket. I do not recommend a 12 point
socket as it may round off the corners of the plastic housing.
Oil change capacity is 6.5 US quarts. One case of Mobil 1 at Costco only
contains 6 quarts. Make sure you have enough before you drain your oil.
